Power cut compensation
The Swedish Electricity Act has rules regarding the payment of compensation for power cuts during which the outage time exceeds a consecutive period of twelve hours. The minimum amount of compensation is 1000 SEK. An outage is terminated when the power has been retrieved for a two-hour period.
You may have the right to be compensated for loss of income or other damage caused by the power cut, regardless of how long the power cut was.
Distribution charges 2020
January 1st 2020 we raise our distribution charges by four percent. For a regular sized house this means an increased cost of about 12 SEK per month. The reason for this is mainly the continuous growth of the city and maintenance of our power network.

We will update our electricity meters
During the next couple of years we will change our electricity meters to smart electricity meters. This will make it even easier for you to follow your electricity consumption.
